Happy thanksgiving from one of our adopted turkeys.

Today I am thankful for

Moms, dads, sisters, brothers, friends, neighbors, eager happy kids. One benefit about having a sweet tubby baby that I take everywhere I go is watching how he is loved by all these people. It makes a girl glad to be part of a great town and a great family.

Raw natural beauty. We spent Sunday in Yosemite. After watching Ken Burns’ latest, Brent wouldn’t rest until we visited there. After time outdoors like that I am always more grounded and more lifted all at once.

All of you. Thanks for making my year so much richer.
